Nurse.
Compassionate care.
Community roots.
San Diego, born and raised.
About me
I grew up in San Diego — second generation, deep roots, and a community I carry with me everywhere I go.
I studied sociology at CSU Chico, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2018, because I have always been more interested in people than in systems. I wanted to understand how the world shapes people and how people can push back against the things that hold them back. That curiosity led me to community organizing on the San Juan Islands, where I co-founded the San Juan Social Justice Collective — a grassroots organization dedicated to racial equity, community education, and redistributing resources to those who need them most.
Nursing is where all of that became clinical. I am completing my Associate of Science in Nursing at Skagit Valley College, graduating June 2026 with a 3.85 GPA and Honor Roll recognition across multiple terms. I hold BLS certification and an EMT-Defibrillation credential from San Diego Miramar College.
I am returning to San Diego to build my career in the community that raised me — committed to delivering care that is evidence-based, culturally competent, and genuinely human.

My Values
-

People First
Every patient is a whole person, not a diagnosis. I show up fully present, listen before I act, and make sure every person in my care feels seen and respected.
-

Equity in Care
Health outcomes should not be determined by race, income, or zip code. I am committed to delivering culturally competent, equitable care to every patient regardless of background.
-

Lifelong Learning
Nursing is a practice, not a destination. I am committed to growing every day through continuing education, mentorship, and the humility to always keep learning.
